Zest Education is looking for a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a welcoming primary school in the local area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident stepping into different classrooms across the school to deliver high-quality learning.

About the Role

  • Providing PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting learning in the teacher’s absence
  • Creating a calm, positive atmosphere in every class you lead
  • Supporting pupils’ learning through small-group work and interventions when required
  • Building strong relationships with staff and pupils
  • Working part-time or on a flexible schedule to suit your availability
