The Role of a Cover Supervisor:A cover supervisor’s primary role is to supervise pupils in the absence of their normal teacher. They will deliver high quality, pre-planned lessons to groups of 11-18 year old students. As the work is pre-planned, you will be expected to deliver it to the students, manage classroom behaviour and provide feedback to relevant people within schools.
