Our aim is to become a market leader in the provision of Electric Vehicle charging solutions to Local Authorities and businesses as part of our strategy to lead the transition to zero carbon.
The HSEQ Advisor will assist the Senior HSEQ Advisor in advising both the operational and support service teams on all health and safety matters. The HSEQ Advisor will support the implementation of the Zest HSEQ Management System, including policies, procedures and processes business wide and provide support as a centralised resource for HSEQ performance monitoring.
Assisting in the development and implementation of a strong and forward-thinking health and safety culture within the wider business so that HSEQ is part of the fabric of Zest, ensuring a holistic approach across all business functions/departments.
Key AccountabilitiesThe role is responsible for the following:
- Actively develop, support and lead activities aimed at making HSEQ a fundamental component within Zest, promoting and reinforcing a positive reporting and no blame HSEQ culture.
- Strategically develop and recommend HSEQ targets, objectives and strategies in collaboration with the HSEQ Manager, Operations Director.
