A superb opportunity to join a well-established and independently owned dental practice in Derby. The successful dentist will take over a stable, well-maintained list from a longstanding clinician with an excellent reputation, offering a strong platform for both NHS and private work. With around 35% of the patient base currently seen privately, the practice already has a proven track record in private dentistry, and this comes at a particularly exciting time of continued private growth.
The practice is currently investing in a refreshed approach to private care, including a relaunch of its private plans and a renewed focus on marketing and patient engagement. This is underpinned by growing demand from an established and receptive patient base, making it an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician with good all-round experience and the ability to build strong patient relationships.
The practice provides a high-quality working environment, equipped with iTero, intra-oral cameras, and a full range of carefully selected materials. You’ll be supported by an experienced, close-knit team including two full-time dentists, a dental therapist, and long-standing support staff.
This role would best suit a dentist with solid experience in UK practice – someone confident managing a loyal and established list, and able to deliver a high standard of care across both NHS and private treatments. Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active NHS performer number, and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
