Zest Car Rental is an award-winning holiday car hire specialist, known for putting customers first. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service every step of the way. We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Executive to help deliver brilliant experiences before, during, and after our customers’ trips.

You’ll handle bookings, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels supported and valued.

  • Supporting customers via phone, email & live chat
  • Building rapport and spotting opportunities to add value
  • Customer service experience (office/contact centre)
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
