We’re looking for a Customer Happiness Executive to help deliver brilliant experiences before, during, and after our customers’ trips.
You’ll handle bookings, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels supported and valued.
- Supporting customers via phone, email & live chat
- Building rapport and spotting opportunities to add value
- Customer service experience (office/contact centre)
