National Clinic Development Manager Home-based with UK Travel | £40,000 | Full Time Build Something That Matters Zest Optical are working in partnership with a national optical charity to recruit a Static Clinic Manager. This is a rare opportunity to lead and develop five established optical clinics across the UK, helping shape the future of an important service while improving access to eye care for people who need it most. Rather than simply maintaining existing services, you'll have genuine autonomy to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen local partnerships and develop services that make a lasting impact. The Role This is a varied leadership role combining operational management with service development. Working across five clinics in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh, you'll spend time supporting volunteers, developing local partnerships, improving referral pathways and identifying opportunities to increase patient numbers. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on operational support, taking ownership of both long-term development and the day-to-day running of the service. The Person We're looking for an experienced optical professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. Ideally you'll be a qualified Dispensing Optician, although experienced optical leaders with the required clinical knowledge will also be considered.
