Having successfully established two high-end optical practices on the island, the business is continuing to grow and is now looking for an experienced Dispensing Optician who can combine exceptional clinical and dispensing standards with a broader role supporting the day-to-day running of both practices. The Opportunity Working closely with the Director, you'll play an important role across two successful practices, combining hands-on dispensing with leadership and operational responsibilities. The role will include: Delivering a premium dispensing and eyewear experience Working with high-quality lenses and an exciting collection of independent and luxury eyewear Supporting the day-to-day running and performance of both practices Helping to maintain consistently high standards of customer care and service Supporting, developing and motivating the wider team Building long-term relationships within a close-knit, community-driven environment Working closely with the Director on the continued development of the businessAbout You We're looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who has strong dispensing experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.
