Zest Optical are recruiting on behalf of a small, independent Opticians in Dudley who are seeking a Dispensing Optician Manager to lead and develop their practices.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Dispensing Optician to move into management and influence the growth of two well-established practices under new ownership. You will work closely with the Director and help shape the business\’s future during an exciting expansion phase.
The Role
- Manage daily operations of two independent optician practices in Dudley
- Dispense lenses and frames, providing expert advice to a diverse patient base
- Lead, train, and support staff to ensure excellent customer care
- Collaborate with the Director on practice development and growth strategies
- Maintain high clinical and commercial standards in accordance with GOC requirements
The Person
- Fully qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician
- Experience in management or supervisory roles (preferred)
- Passionate about patient care and customer service in optics
- Commercially minded with a drive to contribute to business growth
- Organised, confident, and proactive in a busy environment
The Opportunity
