The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you\’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth, reassuring, and professional experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Your day-to-day will include:

Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit
Dispensing spectacles and supporting frame and lens selection
Pre-screening and supporting clinical clinics
Managing diaries, recalls, and patient queries
Supporting the smooth running of the practice day to day
Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high standards

About You

This role would suit someone who:

Has experience as an Optical Assistant
Enjoys working directly with patients and building rapport
Takes pride in delivering a high level of service and care
Is a team player with a positive, proactive approach
Is organised, reliable, and personable
Is looking for stability within a friendly, community-based xiskglj practice
