Responsibilities
- Full-time Practice Manager
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities, team and patient journeys, performance and clinical compliance as well as helping drive the business forward.
Qualifications
- Dental Practice Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in managing business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and managing Profit and Loss
- Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management
- Enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to growing the practice
- Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to complete necessary requirements (including DBS check) to obtain registration
