This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a long-established, independently owned private dental practice in Diss, Norfolk. The practice has been successfully managed by the owners for many years and is now seeking a capable and organised individual to take on the day-to-day running of the clinic, allowing the principals to step back from this side of the business.

The role does not require a clinical background, but candidates should have at least three years\’ experience in dental practice management. Key responsibilities will include overseeing rotas and staff coordination, managing equipment and maintenance, handling payments and patient records, and supporting with compliance and general organisation. Strategic and financial oversight will remain with the owners.

The practice offers flexibility around working hours – coverage is needed across the working week, but hours can be adapted to suit the right candidate.
