The Role

You’ll manage a variety of commercial projects, producing assessments, reports and technical advice while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Non-Domestic EPCs
  • Part L Compliance Assessments (As-Designed & As-Built)
  • Psi-Value & Thermal Bridging Calculations
  • Energy Strategies & Energy Modelling
  • TM52 & TM59 Overheating Assessments
  • Client & Project Team Liaison
  • Support on BREEAM-related projects

About You

  • NDEA Accredited
  • Experience within sustainability consultancy or building compliance
  • Knowledge of EPCs, Part L & Psi-Value calculations
  • Experience using DesignBuilder or IES
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Passionate about sustainability and energy performance
