The Role
You’ll manage a variety of commercial projects, producing assessments, reports and technical advice while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Non-Domestic EPCs
- Part L Compliance Assessments (As-Designed & As-Built)
- Psi-Value & Thermal Bridging Calculations
- Energy Strategies & Energy Modelling
- TM52 & TM59 Overheating Assessments
- Client & Project Team Liaison
- Support on BREEAM-related projects
About You
- NDEA Accredited
- Experience within sustainability consultancy or building compliance
- Knowledge of EPCs, Part L & Psi-Value calculations
- Experience using DesignBuilder or IES
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Passionate about sustainability and energy performance
