The Role:

You will be involved in a range of building performance and compliance projects, working closely with multidisciplinary design teams across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key experience sought includes:

  • TAS Software
  • Part L Compliance
  • EPCs
  • Overheating Assessments (TM52 / TM59)
  • TM54 Operational Energy Modelling
