Senior Acoustics Consultant 📍 Northern UK (Remote → Hybrid Manchester/Leeds) 💰 Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Zest4Talent is partnering with a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary acoustics consultancy with an established UK and international presence. We are seeking a Senior Acoustics Consultant to play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint across the North. Important Application Information The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to join at a key stage of growth, offering genuine autonomy to help shape and build a Northern presence, supported by a well-established and respected consultancy. The role will begin as fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid model as the Manchester/Leeds office becomes operational. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver a range of acoustics, noise and vibration projects * Undertake site visits across the Midlands, North West and Scotland * Support the establishment and growth of a new Northern office * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Act as a trusted technical advisor * Mentor junior team members and support team development About You * Proven experience within an acoustics consultancy (noise & vibration) * Confident in client-facing environments with a hands-on approach * Experience in leadership, or a clear ambition to step into a management role * Commercially aware with strong communication skills * Seeking a new challenge where you will be given ownership of this division Eligibility * Applicants must have the right to work in the UK * Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role Salary & Benefits * Salary up to £60,000 * Monthly bonus scheme * 8% employer pension contribution * Fully funded professional memberships * Company debit card for expenses (no out-of-pocket costs) * Cycle to Work scheme & Employee Assistance Programme * Fully expensed travel to meetings and London office Location & Flexibility * Remote initially (North West / Northern UK candidates preferred) * Transition to hybrid working as the Northern office is established * Occasional travel to London
