We are recruiting on behalf of a growing energy, sustainability, and building compliance consultancy that delivers highly valued services across the built environment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and promoting services that genuinely make a difference.
This role would suit someone who is commercially driven, confident in conversations, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets β with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive basic salary. No previous experience in construction or compliance is required, but a genuine interest in buildings, sustainability, and building compliance is essential.
The Role β Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting a suite of market-leading services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activity
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Promoting and selling consultancy services within the building and property sector
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
- Working towards and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Updating CRM systems and providing accurate sales reporting
This role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days per week based in the Milton Keynes office and two days working from home.
