Ready to put your OCDEA experience to work on a steady pipeline of residential new-build / on-construction projects? Our client is seeking an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) to join a friendly, delivery-focused team where quality and consistency matter.
The role:
- Produce SAP assessments and As-Built SAPs for residential developments
- Create and review EPCs for new-build properties (as applicable)
- Work with architects, developers, and site teams to resolve compliance queries
- Support Part L compliance documentation and evidence gathering
- Manage your workload across multiple plots/projects, keeping turnaround times tight
- Maintain accurate assessment files and audit-ready records
What we’re looking for:
- OCDEA qualified with 2 years’ experience in on-construction/new-build residential work
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and related compliance requirements (Part L)
