This is a rare opportunity to join a new and rapidly expanding business at the ground floor. With exciting growth plans already underway, we’re looking for a dynamic and committed Operations & Executive Support Manager who can help shape the company’s future.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident building structure, and has experience within property, construction, compliance or technical service sectors.
As the CEO’s operational partner, you’ll play a key role in building systems, improving workflows and ensuring the business runs efficiently day to day. You will handle a wide breadth of responsibilities, including:
- Acting as the CEO’s trusted right-hand person
- Managing diaries, priorities, communications and follow-up actions
- Coordinating with clients, contractors and external partners
- Supporting business planning, decision-making and project delivery
- Overseeing operational workflows from instruction to completion
- Tracking KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics
- Identifying issues, bottlenecks and implementing improvements
- Supporting the admin team, field technicians and schedulers
- Creating and improving Standard Operating Procedures
- Implementing better tools, systems and processes as the business scales
- Overseeing expenses, invoice chasing and financial admin
- Coordinating with accountants and handling subcontractor payments
We are looking for someone who brings a strong mix of operational capability, people skills and commercial awareness.
Essential
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, senior leader or founder
- Background in compliance, construction, property services, facilities, engineering or similar operational sectors
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience improving systems, workflow and processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Confident coordinating teams and holding others accountable
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information
- Comfortable working autonomously and anticipating needs
