An established and growing Building Services & Sustainability Consultancy is looking to expand its London-based Building Physics team with hires ranging from Junior through to Senior level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded consultancy delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across a diverse portfolio of UK projects. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth plans, the business is looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about building performance and low-carbon design.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a range of building performance and compliance projects, working closely with multidisciplinary design teams across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. Key experience sought includes:
- TAS Software
- Part L Compliance
- EPCs
- Overheating Assessments (TM52 / TM59)
- TM54 Operational Energy Modelling
Senior-level candidates will also have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior staff and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the team.
