Zest4Talent is delighted to be partnering with a growing and highly respected Building Compliance consultancy to recruit an Air Tightness Tester to join its expanding team covering London and the South East.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people.
Whether you're currently ATTMA Level 1 and looking to progress or already working at Level 2, you'll be fully supported with your ongoing development, including training towards ATTMA Level 2 and Sound Insulation Testing.
You'll work alongside an experienced technical team on a varied portfolio of residential and commercial developments, with genuine opportunities to broaden your skillset and progress your career.
The Role
As an Air Tightness Tester, you'll be responsible for
- Carrying out Air Pressure Testing in accordance with ATTMA standards.
- Producing accurate test reports and certification.
- Advising clients and site teams on improving air permeability results where required.
- Liaising with developers, contractors and construction professionals.
- Managing your own workload across London and the South East.
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high technical standards.
About You
To be successful, you'll have
- ATTMA Level 1 qualification (minimum essential).
- Previous experience carrying out Air Tightness Testing.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, positive approach with a desire to continue developing your career.
It would be great if you also have
- ATTMA Level 2 qualification.
- Experience carrying out Sound Insulation Testing.
- Knowledge of wider Building Compliance services.
- Experience working across residential new build developments.
