A growing Building Sustainability & Compliance consultancy is looking to appoint an Operations & Business Support Manager to work directly alongside the Managing Director in a highly varied and influential position. This is a unique opportunity for somebody from the Built Environment / Sustainability sector who enjoys operational management, organisation, problem solving and helping businesses run efficiently.

The successful candidate will become heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the business, supporting across operations, workflow management, client liaison, recruitment coordination, project tracking, budgeting support, process improvement and helping develop internal systems and job tracking software. This role would suit somebody who is proactive, commercially aware and capable of taking ownership quickly without requiring significant handholding.
