Zest4Talent are recruiting a Head of Sales and Marketing for an expanding adventure sports company. You will be based at their site near Salisbury. A salary of c£65k pa plus profit share bonus is on offer. The Role: As Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead a small but passionate team including Marketing, Sales and Customer Service ( 8 personnel in total ). Your focus will be on high performance to achieve the companies projected growth plans The company create sales primarily from their digital marketing strategy so you will possess proven success in this previously. You’ll be responsible for shaping and driving both sales and marketing strategies ( 90% B2C ) with a strong focus on brand growth. You will be able to display your ability to drive the business forward. Your agile approach will be able to adapt as they open future sites ( 1 per year on average ). You will be strong at motivating your team to achieve the metrics set out in the long-term business strategy. A focus on results is imperative. Head of Sales and Marketing key responsibilities: * Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, inspiring performance and developing clear commercial strategies. * Ensure your teams sales conversion rates are on target * Work closely with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing plans with company goals. * Support expansion plans, including the additional sites they are procuring have a strong launch strategy * Monitor and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends. * Manage budgets across sales and marketing functions. * Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture. About You: * Some experience as Head of or acting Head of Sales and Marketing * An interest in adventure sports or outdoor pursuits * Strong leadership and team management skills. * A commercially driven mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing SME environment. * Confident communicator and relationship builder.
