To be successful as Marketing Manager for this construction services company, you must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in construction, architecture, or SaaS. You should have proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on digital channels, podcasts, and marketing automation. A passion for AI and its role in the future of marketing is essential. Your hands-on approach and independent, entrepreneurial mindset will support the company's growth from a £1.5m turnover to £10m.

The Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand, content, digital channels, lead generation, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Building a consistent system for converting leads via podcasts, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and the website.
  • Driving brand visibility and producing high-quality marketing content.
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborating closely with the MD and Founder to create the marketing vision.
  • Utilizing tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
  • Expanding the marketing team as required.
