Marketing Manager – Construction Services

To be successful as a Marketing Manager for this construction services company, you must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in construction, architecture, or SaaS. You should have proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies focusing on digital channels, podcasts, and marketing automation. A passion for AI and its role in the future of marketing is essential. Your hands-on approach and independent, entrepreneurial mindset will support the company\’s growth from a £1.5m to a £10m turnover.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand, content, digital channels, lead generation, partnerships, and product launches.
2. Create a consistent system for converting leads via podcasts, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and the website.
3. Enhance brand visibility and produce high-quality marketing content.
4. Track and report on marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
5. Collaborate with the MD and Founder to shape the marketing vision.
6. Utilize tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
7. Expand the marketing team as necessary.
