Zest4Talent is excited to be recruiting for an Events Administrator for an established company specialising in events and memberships for the medical industry. A competitive salary of £28-35k is on offer DOE. The company organise over 30 specialist events including conferences and exhibitions which are attended by over 9000 healthcare professionals. Your role as Events Administrator will be all encompassing and will include: Handling phone calls and emails from members and event attendees Ensuring event members have all training and qualifications to be eligible for membership Liaising with members, answering any delegate queries and event arrangements Co-ordinating transport and accommodation for delegates and event staff Sending out event information as well as producing and printing delegate badges Liaising with internal staff to ensure smooth running of the event Producing reports and updating filing systems as well as general office administration To be successful you will ideally be educated to graduate level or equivalent. You will be organised and methodical as well as possess excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask is essential as you may be working on several projects/events at the same time. You will either have some previous experience working for an events company or you may be a graduate looking for their first career opportunity in events.
