Zest4Talent is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist on behalf of a progressive and growing sustainability consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative technical consultancy delivering sustainability, compliance and building performance solutions across commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.
The Role
- Dynamic thermal modelling (DSM)
- TM52 overheating assessments
- TM54 operational energy modelling
- EPCs and BRUKL reports
- Part L compliance modelling
- Passive design analysis
- Supporting BREEAM energy credits (ENE01 / ENE04 / HEA01)
- Liaising with architects, MEP consultants and contractors
About You
- Strong hands-on IES VE experience (ApacheSim essential)
- Experience producing technically accurate modelling outputs and reports
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations Part L
- Experience within commercial refurbishment / fit-out projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
NABERS UK experience would be highly advantageous. The business is open to considering both strong mid-level consultants and more senior individuals capable of leading modelling workstreams and adding wider commercial value.
Hybrid working available with approximately 3 days per week in the Surrey office. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
