Are you an experienced Sustainability professional looking for more than just another consultancy role? We're working with an award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy that is investing heavily in the growth of its Sustainability team. This is a rare opportunity to join at a key stage and play a major role in shaping the future of the service. Rather than inheriting a large existing team, you'll help build one. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop client relationships, support business growth and establish yourself as a key figure within a growing Sustainability practice.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering BREEAM assessments and sustainability advisory services
- Supporting clients across commercial, defence, infrastructure and public sector projects
- Developing sustainability, energy and carbon strategies
- Building and managing client relationships
- Supporting business development and future team growth
- Mentoring junior consultants as the team expands
Initially, this will be a hands-on delivery role. Longer term, there is genuine opportunity to help shape, develop and lead a growing team.
What We're Looking For
- BREEAM Assessor Accreditation
- BREEAM AP Accreditation
- Experience delivering BREEAM projects within the built environment
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
- Ambition to help grow a team and service offering
Additional experience in DREAM, SKA, NABERS, WELL, LEED, Whole Life Carbon, Energy Modelling or Defence projects would be beneficial but is not essential.

Location: Bristol-based with hybrid working. Candidates must be able to attend the Bristol office approximately three days per week. Applications are welcomed from Bristol, Birmingham, London and surrounding locations with good access to the South West.
