BREEAM Assessor\\n\\nRemote working\\n\\nBasic up to £50,000 depending on experience\\n\\nOur client is a leading provider of building performance and environmental services to the construction sector. Covering the whole of the UK, they support organisations throughout the planning, technical design and construction process working with top 50 Main Contractors, developers, architects and consultants.\\n\\nTheir strength is their team, underpinned by deep technical competency and a straightforward approach to being useful, responsive and trusted. As a team they support each other in each other’s development and encourage growth & learning in everything they do.\\n\\nDue to solid growth, they are now looking for a multi-talented BREEAM Assessor to join their Energy & Sustainability Services team.
They pride themselves on working alongside their clients in many ways, from advisory and consultant roles through to full assessment and certification. The team of BREEAM consultants are involved from early proposal stages working with their business development team, through to delivery of assessment, consultancy and certification at handover.\\n\\nYou will be qualified in BREEAM NC / BREEAM Refurbishment and have 2 years’ experience of delivery BREEAM projects.\\n\\nKnowledge and experience carrying out Whole Lifecycle assessments is essential.\\n\\nThe role will be home based.
