This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and an interest in merchandising, stock control and inventory management to develop their career in a commercially focused environment. The Role – Merchandising & Stock Administrator
You will support stock control, sales reporting and inventory management across Own Brand, Marketplace and Wholesale channels. This role plays an important part in ensuring stock availability aligns with sales demand and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Control & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels across multiple sales channels
- Support inventory management and stock planning
- Assist with aligning stock levels to sales forecasts
- Work with internal teams to maintain optimal stock availability
- Produce Excel-based stock and sales reports
- Analyse SKU performance and stock trends
- Support forecasting and forward planning
- Provide data insights to support commercial decision-making
- Liaise with Marketing regarding promotional stock planning
- Support Finance with reporting requirements
- Work with Production and Dispatch to ensure fulfilment targets are met
About You
- Strong Excel skills (confident with data, spreadsheets and reporting)
- Experience in merchandising, stock control, inventory management or supply chain administration
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Analytical and comfortable working with sales and stock data
- Retail, e-commerce or manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
