We are supporting a highly established and respected sustainability consultancy with an excellent reputation in the UK built environment sector. Due to continued project demand, they are looking to appoint an experienced BREEAM New Construction Consultant to join their long-standing team.
This role will suit someone who values quality over volume, long-term career stability, and working alongside genuinely knowledgeable sustainability professionals.
The role:
- Deliver BREEAM New Construction assessments from early design through to certification
- Advise clients, architects, and consultants on BREEAM strategy and best practice
- Manage your own projects with a high level of autonomy
- Review technical evidence and prepare robust, high-quality submissions
- Liaise with BRE and contribute to internal best practice
About you:
- BREEAM NC Qualified Consultant
- 3+ years experience delivering BREEAM assessments independently
- Experience across UK commercial and/or residential developments
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Experience with additional schemes (BREEAM In-Use, HQM, etc.) is advantageous but not essential.
