Based at Kinnerton Confectionery, Fakenham, the role plays a key part in the Finance team by ensuring supplier invoices and expenses are processed accurately and efficiently, queries are resolved promptly in line with company policy, and supplier payments are made on time.

Hours: 37.5
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Pay range: £26,000
Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid
Closing Date: Friday 30th January 2026
Responsibilities
- Ensure all supplier invoice documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy, prior to payment, including purchase orders, delivery notes, bank details, and company addresses.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and unapplied payments.
- Ensure suppliers queries are answered in a timely and accurate manner in line with company procedure.
- Act as the first point of contact for supplier payment queries.
- Process expenses accurately using the company expenses system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Purchase Ledger and/or Accounts roles
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Professional approach to confidentiality and sensitive information
- Great communication skills with strong written and verbal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
