As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining site standards, supporting audit readiness, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams across the factory to ensure we meet internal, customer, retailer and BRC requirements. This is a hands‑on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, collaborating with others, and owning processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out Customer Code of Practice gap analyses and following up on required actions
  • Coordinating non‑conformance close out activities, including supporting weekly non‑conformance meetings
  • Maintaining our iAuditor system – templates, data, reporting and action tracking
  • Keeping site policies, procedures and line standards up to date and accurate
  • Creating documentation for new product launches, including line standards and CCP validations
  • Producing clear and accurate KPI data for weekly and monthly reporting
  • Training colleagues on the use of iAuditor and supporting the wider Technical team

Qualifications

  • Experience in food manufacturing with retailer requirements experience.
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene & HACCP (or willingness to work towards)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with auditors
  • Ability to analyse data, spot trends and drive improvements
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and ability to work to deadlines
