About the role
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to strengthen the company’s presence across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Development: Analyze the UK & Ireland market landscape, competitive environment, and emerging industry trends.
- Key Account Management & Relationship Building: Identify and prioritize high-value client accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, product diversification, and strategic partnerships within the UK.
- Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis: Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports based on data, market intelligence, and client activity.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the UK & Ireland market
- Strong understanding of UK & Ireland business dynamics and commercial regulations
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Ability to build trust and influence at senior levels
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
