Own the roadmap: Translate business goals into clear specs across Projects/Tasks, Leads/Pipeline (drag-and-drop), Proposals, Invoices/Expenses, Support Tickets, Surveys, Goals, Contracts, Custom Fields, Calendar and Theme Styling.
Customer discovery: Run interviews, analyse usage, prioritise "real risk/revenue reduction" features; validate with prototypes.
Delivery: Write PRDs/acceptance criteria, manage sprints with engineering, QA new features, and drive on-time releases.
Billing & payments: Define requirements for multi-currency pricing, taxes/discounts, Stripe/PayPal flows, and error handling.
Data & analytics: Define KPIs, instrument events, review dashboards, and iterate on activation, retention and NPS.
Docs & enablement: Ship guides, release notes, upgrade paths and change logs; partner with support on macros/canned replies.
Security & reliability: Champion RBAC, audit logs, backup/restore, email piping, and cron/health monitoring in partnership with engineering.
Must-have: 3+ years in product management (B2B SaaS or CRM/ERP). Strong UX instincts; can turn complex workflows (time → invoice, email-to-ticket) into simple journeys. Experience writing PRDs/acceptance criteria and running agile sprints. Comfortable with payment flows (Stripe/PayPal) and multi-currency. Excellent communication; can align sales, success and engineering.
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, MySQL, REST APIs, webhooks. Exposure to self-hosted products (Linux, Nginx/Apache, SSL, backups). Background in professional services or agency operations.
