Lead the end-to-end UX/UI process (discovery, flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design) across web & mobile. Build and govern a token-driven design system (components, patterns, accessibility) and partner with front-end to maintain a matching component library. Own brand design: visual identity, typography, colour, icons/illustrations, motion guidelines, asset kits. Own zerothcode.com and marketing experiences: landing pages, conversion flows, blogs, gated content, and campaign assets.
Plan & run user research and usability testing; create personas/journeys and translate insights into prioritised backlogs. Ensure accessibility (WCAG AA), responsive rules, empty/error states, and content guidelines are first-class. Drive design→development handoff quality (Figma libraries/variables, specs, versioning) and support engineers during build. Set metrics (task success, conversion, time-to-complete, NPS/CSAT) and iterate using analytics/experiments. Collaborate cross-functionally on roadmaps, scope, and timelines; work in Agile squads. Mentor designers/contractors; contribute to hiring and design ops.
Requirements:
- Proven track record designing public-facing web/mobile products and high-converting marketing sites; strong portfolio.
- Expert Figma (Auto Layout, variables, libraries, interactive prototyping).
- Experience creating and scaling design systems; clear documentation skills.

- Solid understanding of WCAG AA, responsive design, and content design principles.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers; working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern FE frameworks (awareness).
- Excellent communication; confident presenting research and defending decisions with evidence.
