We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our PM team and help shape the future of zeroheight - with a particular focus on product-led growth and how AI can enhance design system workflows. You should apply if either or both of these focuses sounds interesting to you, as we’re more concerned with finding the right person over the perfect background. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across disciplines, and is excited by both scaling adoption and exploring how emerging technology can unlock new value for users.
Who we are
We’re a team of 50+ building the market leading design system platform. zeroheight enables teams to document, deliver, measure and manage their design systems seamlessly – all in one central hub. Thousands of companies – including 20% of the Fortune 100 – trust us as their design system source of truth, and we’re just getting started. Join us on our mission to build the AI era design systems management platform and enable every product team in the world to ship great products 10x faster.
We're fully remote (no permanent office) – everything we do is set up so working remotely is seamless. You can read more in our remote-first playbook.
Why is this role exciting?
This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of UX design. Our users not only love what we’ve built, they are product people themselves which means they often get your job and are able to share extremely insightful and valuable feedback. This means you’ll have a keen and fun audience to work with that will no doubt sharpen your skills and ability to build a phenomenal product!
As we’re a tight-knit product team, you’ll have an important voice in how we evolve. Our leadership team is bought into making our product team best-in-class - so you can expect the right balance of freedom and guidance as we explore the cutting edge of the design system space.
We’re a stable, profitable and growing series A company backed by top tier investors (Adobe, YC) and we’re building a world-class product used by thousands of customers globally.
Competitive salaries, stock options, free therapy, wellness budgets, office nice-to-haves…our team is well taken care of.
The role
You’ll join as our third product manager, reporting to Madelin (Head of Product), and working closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Sales. This role balances near-term impact (growth, activation, adoption) with longer-term strategy (AI capabilities, workflow evolution).
You’ll do things like:
- Own key parts of the self-serve and expansion journey, improving time-to-value and activation
- Partner with Data to define and track meaningful product and growth metrics
- Identify opportunities where AI can genuinely improve how teams create, manage and scale design systems
- Lead discovery across both growth and AI initiatives, turning ambiguity into clear direction
- Influence without authority, using insight, data and storytelling to align teams
What we’re looking for
Key requirements
- 4+ years experience as a product manager in cross-functional teams
- Strong product discovery and delivery skills, with a bias toward outcomes over output
- Experience working on growth, activation, retention or expansion problems and/or shipping AI-powered features
- Ability to work with complex workflows (e.g. design systems, documentation, developer tools, or SaaS platforms)
- Clear communicator who can explain why something matters, not just what is being built
Bonus traits
- Experience in product-led growth or freemium/self-serve SaaS models
- Familiarity with design systems, frontend workflows, or tools like Figma / Storybook
- Curiosity about AI and how it’s changing how products are built and used
