Who We Are:
We are a fully remote team of 50+ people building the market leading design system platform. We are a "remote-first" company, and there is no requirement for anyone to come into our London co-working space on a regular basis. zeroheight enables companies to document, maintain and scale their design systems - all in one central hub. Join us on our mission to enable every product team in the world to ship magical user experiences 10x faster than today!
This role will report directly into Kathy, our Head of Sales. You will be joining 2 other AEs (based in the US) and a Strategic Account Manager based here in the UK, who focuses on expanding our current customers. The sales team is incredibly tenured - everyone has been here for 4 years +. We also have a Customer Success team of 5 who you will work with at the point of handing over customers, once the deal is done!
What You’ll Do:
- Sales execution: Manage the full new business sales cycle from discovery to close, effectively communicating the value and vision of zeroheight.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline, with an expectation to self-source at least 50% of opportunities.
- Quota attainment: Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
- Consultative selling: Understand the needs of our ICP and tailor your approach to provide meaningful solutions.
- End to end sales process: In your discussions, you’ll liaise with champions, users, decision makers, procurement departments, as well as our internal teams like customer success, product, legal and security. You’ll manage the sale from deep-dive discovery using SPICED methodology, conduct compelling product demos, articulate value proposition and sell the value of zeroheight.
- Sales Cycle: Validating pain early in the process and selling value against that - then getting creative as to how you move deals through the pipeline quicker, is key.
- Leverage Tools & AI: Have an AI-first mindset. zeroheight has an AI-first product vision and we want to hire someone who is already utilising modern sales tools and AI-driven insights to optimise outreach, engagement and pipeline management strategies.
Who You Are:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an SDR/BDR in a B2B role and a minimum of 2 years with proven achievement in a quota-carrying AE role within the SaaS industry.
- Startup Savvy: Comfortable operating in dynamic environments, with a preference for candidates who have experience in startup settings.
- Tech Enthusiast: Proficient with sales technologies and open to adopting new tools to enhance productivity.
- Resilient & Adaptable: Demonstrates perseverance in the face of challenges and adapts strategies based on feedback and results.
- Collaborative Team Player: Values teamwork and contributes positively to both the sales team and company culture.
Why Join Us:
- Proven Success: Our sales team achieved 111% of quota last year, and we’re on track for continued growth.
- Exciting logos: We work with the likes of Amazon, Salesforce, Uber, United Airlines, Tesco, Marriott, Toyota, Dyson, Rolex, Harrod’s... the list of amazing logos is endless!
- Innovative Culture: Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, continuous learning, and mutual support.
- Growth Opportunities: Play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and have a direct impact on company success.
You want to be treated as a human. Yes, we expect results. But we’re not willing to sacrifice our culture and people first approach, to achieve this. We believe that results come when individuals are happy, supported and feel they can be their authentic self at work. We’re committed to supporting mental wellness as we grow. We provide a free mental health support program, a monthly wellness budget and - perhaps most importantly - we’re working to normalise talking about mental health with your manager and peers.
Join a forward-thinking startup: As a fast-growing startup at the forefront of the UX industry, backed by notable investors like Tribe Capital, Y Combinator, and Adobe, we’re well placed to stay leading the world of design systems.
