In this role, you would lead and grow our exceptionally talented marketing team of 5.
Who You Are
You’ve successfully owned and led all of marketing – or at the very least all of demand generation – in a venture-backed B2B SaaS company. You’re now looking to join an exciting tech startup/scale-up company where you can lead a small marketing team and apply those hard-won lessons to have a significant impact on the growth trajectory of that company!
What You’ll Do
As Head of Marketing, you’ll own all of marketing and have the following key responsibilities:
- Setting company strategy: You’ll be part of our core go-to-market leadership team that sets company strategy and objectives.
- Budgeting, planning, and marketing operations: You’ll budget, model, and plan for how to allocate marketing department resources.
- Growth marketing: You’ll lead our senior growth marketing manager to identify, test, manage, optimize, and scale multiple channels.
- Content marketing: You’ll manage our Head of Advocacy, overseeing budget and execution of our content and events strategy.
- Product marketing: You’ll oversee our senior product marketer and work with our brand designer and web developer.
- Sales pipeline generation: You’ll be responsible for generating predictable sales pipeline by driving MQLs/SQLs.
Core Skills
We’re looking for someone with most of the following key skills:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role.
- A recent track record of hitting quarterly marketing targets.
- Experience managing a marketing team for 3+ years.
- Experience with a $1m+ marketing budget.
- Experience with data attribution/analysis methods.
Bonus experience
- Experience in a PLG SaaS company.
- Experience in the product/dev/design tooling industry.
- Experience with HubSpot.
