Location

  • 1 day per month (leadership meeting)
  • 1 day per quarter (company offsite)
  • 1 full week per quarter (leadership planning)

Salary: £120k – £130k + performance bonus + equity

Location: United Kingdom, fully remote. However, you’ll need to be in London for leadership meetings and offsites as follows:

In this role, you would lead and grow our exceptionally talented marketing team of 5.

Who You Are

You’ve successfully owned and led all of marketing – or at the very least all of demand generation – in a venture-backed B2B SaaS company. You’re now looking to join an exciting tech startup/scale-up company where you can lead a small marketing team and apply those hard-won lessons to have a significant impact on the growth trajectory of that company!

What You’ll Do

As Head of Marketing, you’ll own all of marketing and have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Setting company strategy: You’ll be part of our core go-to-market leadership team that sets company strategy and objectives.
  2. Budgeting, planning, and marketing operations: You’ll budget, model, and plan for how to allocate marketing department resources.
  3. Growth marketing: You’ll lead our senior growth marketing manager to identify, test, manage, optimize, and scale multiple channels.
  4. Content marketing: You’ll manage our Head of Advocacy, overseeing budget and execution of our content and events strategy.
  5. Product marketing: You’ll oversee our senior product marketer and work with our brand designer and web developer.
  6. Sales pipeline generation: You’ll be responsible for generating predictable sales pipeline by driving MQLs/SQLs.

Core Skills

We’re looking for someone with most of the following key skills:

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role.
  • A recent track record of hitting quarterly marketing targets.
  • Experience managing a marketing team for 3+ years.
  • Experience with a $1m+ marketing budget.
  • Experience with data attribution/analysis methods.

Bonus experience

  • Experience in a PLG SaaS company.
  • Experience in the product/dev/design tooling industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
