Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced No.1 Race Mechanic to lead high level single seater car preparation and trackside operations within a unique professional motorsport environment, working closely with engineers, and team management

Key Responsibilities

• Build, preparation, and maintenance of race cars to the highest professional standard
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues under time pressure
• Supervision and mentoring junior mechanics

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in professional motorsport
• Proven experience as No.1 Mechanic or Senior Mechanic
• Experience in single-seater, prototype, or endurance
• Confident working in high-pressure race environments
• Flexible availability for international travel and long event hours
