Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced No.1 Race Mechanic to lead high level single seater car preparation and trackside operations within a unique professional motorsport environment, working closely with engineers and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, preparation, and maintenance of race cars to the highest professional standard
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues under time pressure
- Supervision and mentoring junior mechanics
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in professional motorsport
- Proven experience as No.1 Mechanic or Senior Mechanic
- Experience in single-seater, prototype, or endurance
- Confident working in high-pressure race environments
- Flexible availability for international travel and long event hours
