Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit the various patient pathways to ensure they are processed efficiently, effectively and accurately.
- Monitor and audit the completion of the various trackers used by the Screening Programme.
- Identify errors and omissions and take responsibility for their correction, escalating to the Programme Manager whenever pathways have not been followed correctly.
- Develop an understanding of the milestones within the national Screening Programme's pathways, failsafe systems and relevant national guidance.
- Develop an understanding of all the functions on the national Screening Management and Referral Tracking System (SMaRT).
- Act independently in planning and administering the regular administration meetings.
- Assist with the answering of queries received by email and telephone and support the text message service.
- Facilitate at ad hoc community clinics as and when required.
