Room Leader

Zero2Five are proud to be working with a quality Day Nursery based in Colliers Wood, who are looking for a passionate and committed Room Leader too join their experienced and motivated team in providing a safe, fun, stimulating and motivated environment to help each child reach their full potential.

Requirements:

– Level 3 Early Years Qualification

– Experience of working with children ages 3 months to 5-year olds

– Must have at least 1 year experience in Nursery

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining at all times a high standard of professional conduct and a child centred approach to the care provided in accordance with the nursery policies, procedures, current legislation, the EYFS, registration requirements
  • To encourage the participation and involvement of all parents of children attending the nursery and their child\’s development
  • To promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
  • To encourage the participation and involvement of all parents of children attending the nursery and their child\’s development.
  • To actively encourage children\’s progress in all areas of development, types, and stages of play, by interaction and extension of play activitie
  • To ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
  • Support and supervise other staff within your room
