Key Responsibilities
- Support children aged 05 in line with the EYFS
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- At least 1 year of childcare experience preferred
