Nursery Nurse

Zero2Five are proud to partner with a unique and welcoming childcare setting in Shilton, Coventry, in their search for an enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Nurse. You will join a supportive and experienced team, creating a caring environment that encourages children to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

? A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare

? A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and childrens development

? Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

? A genuine passion for supporting and working with young children

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide a stimulating and engaging environment that supports childrens learning and development

? Observe, assess and record childrens progress in line with EYFS requirements

? Consistently follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies

? Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

? Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences

? Develop positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues

? Encourage and support children to develop confidence and independence in their learning

? Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the setting
