What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing nursery team.

What You'll Bring

  • Level 3 CCLD qualification (or equivalent) or above.
  • Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • At least 2 years' Nursery Management experience, ideally including Ofsted inspections.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
