Zero2Five is recruiting for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a high-quality small private day nursery setting in Earlsfield, London. The Role
- You will work closely with the Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
- You will lead by example, support staff development, and help create a positive, nurturing environment for children and colleagues.
- Support the daily operations of the nursery.
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Oversee planning, observations, and children’s development.
