What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a Key Person: building strong bonds with children and families
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Observing and recording children’s development to support next steps in learning
- Creating a safe, nurturing, well-resourced environment for play and exploration
- Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times
What You’ll Need
- Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Nursery/Early Years experience with children 0–5
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
- Paediatric First Aid and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
