Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning opportunities that reflect the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Continuously observe, evaluate, and document children's development, working closely with parents and carers to build a complete picture of their progress.
- Adapt your teaching style to suit different learning needs and abilities, ensuring an inclusive, nurturing environment for all children.
