Essential:

• Full & relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Confident communicator with good IT skills
• Positive, proactive and a true team player

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care and early years education
• Support learning in line with the EYFS
• Carry out observations & keep records up to date
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Act as a Key Person, building strong partnerships with parents
• Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
