Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse

Zero2Five are proud to be working with a home from home childcare setting based in Croydon, who are in search of a motivated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner. The successful applicant will work alongside an experienced team to encourage learning through play with natural resources in a calm, fun, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)

Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices

At least two years\’ experience in an early years setting, including direct work in a baby room

In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and principles of child development

Experience providing team support or demonstrating potential for leadership is advantageous, though not essential

Genuine passion for early childhood education and dedication to the well-being of young children

Positive, nurturing, and highly professional approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team

Dependability, adaptability, and strong time management skills

Willingness to embrace feedback and actively pursue opportunities for leadership development
